To make purchases on feluxury.com you do not need to register; however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.Discover new arrivals and collections of our brands directly from our Home Page selections, by choosing a brand from the navigation menu, or by using the website's internal search.

Can I shop from my Mobile device?

Of course! You can navigate the mobile-optimized version of our website.

Product information

On each product page, you will find all available styles, sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item, and when applicable, whether availability is limited or if it is the last one available in the warehouse. Click on the product image to select it and proceed to place an order.

How to order?

- From the home page page, select the desired Brand and then the product you whish to buy

- Add the product to your Shippoing Bag

- Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag to place the order

- Estimate shipping and tax clicking on Estimate button and select Shipping price, then click on Update total

- Click on Proceed

- Add your personal information to delivery the product at the right place (Name, address and telephone number)

- Check that the information you entered is correct and click to accept Terms & conditions of sale

- Select a payment method

- Click on Place the order

- Enter your payment details of you credit card and that's it!

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.


How do Promocode works?

The Promotional Codes of feluxury.com give you access to exclusive offers. To receive Promotional Codes, subscribe to our feluxury.com news. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the appropriate field at shopping bag and click "Apply" before proceed to place an order. Only one promocode can be used for each order.


Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

We only use protected connections. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

Delivery

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order  For more detailed information on delivery methods or for special deliveries you can write to info@feluxury.com. Our warehouse is closed during Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.


Can I choose a delivery date/time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. You can try to contact us directly to organize a possible delivery date it it's possble
